Shipping, Delivery & Returns – Professional Salon Brands Australia

Professional Salon Brands is an Australian professional beauty supplier, supporting beauty therapists and salon owners since 1999. We distribute professional-only products across Australia, with dispatch from our Gold Coast warehouse.

Payment

  • Full payment is required before dispatch or collection of your order.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

Products, Pricing & Wholesale Orders

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  • You will be billed according to the prices applicable on the dispatch date.

  • Charges will be based on the prices valid at the time of dispatch.

  • Products sold in pack multiples will only be supplied in full pack quantities.

  • All prices are per item and exclude GST. GST is shown separately on your invoice.

 

Delivery & Handling

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are normally dispatched via contract carrier or parcel post.

  • We reserve the right to use alternative reasonable delivery methods where required.

  • You may arrange collection of your order.

Freight Charges

  • Delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

  • Freight charges applied at checkout may vary depending on your delivery address.

  • Deliveries to remote or regional locations may incur additional charges.

  • Large items and bulk orders may also incur additional freight charges.

  • If actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid, we reserve the right to amend your invoice and charge the difference.

  • Additions to existing orders may be treated as separate orders and may incur separate freight charges.

Parcel Lockers & PO Boxes

Professional Salon Brands provides delivery to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes where carrier regulations permit. Certain restricted or dangerous goods cannot be delivered to these addresses in accordance with Australian shipping regulations.

Important Delivery Information

  • You or your authorised agent must be available at the delivery address to accept goods. Or notify us of any special delivery instructions in the note section. 

  • Courier deliveries must be checked for damage prior to accepting delivery.

  • We are not liable for loss of or damage to goods left at unattended delivery addresses.

  • Responsibility and ownership of goods pass to the purchaser once delivered to the carrier, regardless of shipping method.

  • Claims for loss or damage must be made directly with the relevant carrier.

Dangerous Goods

In accordance with safety regulations, certain dangerous chemicals cannot be sent via Australia Post.

Backorders

  • Items temporarily out of stock but due shortly may be charged at the time of purchase and placed on priority backorder.

  • In rare circumstances, international supply delays may occur beyond our control.

  • We will communicate delays and offer alternatives where possible.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept potential backorder delays.

 

Returns & Refunds

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if goods are incorrect or damaged.

Returns Policy

  • Returns will not be accepted more than seven (7) days from the invoice date.

  • Returned goods must include a copy of the original invoice.

  • We only accept returns for faulty goods.

  • Returned goods must be in original condition.

Non-Approved Returns

Goods returned outside these conditions may:

  • Be charged in full; and/or

  • Incur a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims require proof of purchase (invoice).

Refunds

As we supply specialised professional-use products, we do not offer refunds.
