Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has ben shipped. You may also choose to collect your order from our showroom located on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Please note we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.


Our prices and products are subject to change without notice. You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch. You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in pack multiples.


Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or by parcel post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means.

Please note, you have the option to collect goods from our showroom located on the Gold Coast.


We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $150. All other orders are charged a flat rate fee of $18.00.

All domestic orders will arrive within 1-2 business days once dispatched. For interstate deliveries, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note, large/bulk orders may incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as we deem appropriate.


Goods shipped via courier must be checked for damage prior to accepting delivery. We will not be liable for damages to or loss of goods that have been left unattended at your delivery address.

Responsibility and ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they are delivered to the carrier, regardless of the shipping method. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the appropriate carrier.
