Keep in mind that choosing faster delivery may come with an additional cost, but it's all about getting your goodies to you ASAP. An email with tracking details will keep you in the loop. For local customers or those nearby Gold Coast, we've got a handy click and collect option.

Remember, we don't process shipments on weekends or public holidays, so keep that in mind when planning.

For larger or heavier items, additional freight costs might apply. But don't worry, our service team will reach out promptly to provide all the details and assistance you need.

Our delivery services don't cover PO boxes or parcel lockers, make sure to provide a valid residential or business address.

PRODUCTS AND PRICE

Our prices and products are subject to change without notice. You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch. You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in pack multiples.

RATES AND DELIVERY TIME

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $150. All other orders are charged a flat rate fee of $18.00.

All domestic orders will arrive within 1-2 business days once dispatched. For interstate deliveries, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note, large/bulk orders may incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as we deem appropriate.

DAMAGED/MISSING PACKAGES

Goods shipped via courier must be checked for damage prior to accepting delivery. We will not be liable for damages to or loss of goods that have been left unattended at your delivery address.

Responsibility and ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they are delivered to the carrier, regardless of the shipping method. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the appropriate carrier.
